Your Bookkeeper Doesn’t Have to be Local
I work with small business owners across the country. Here's how working together looks when we're not in the same city.
If you've always worked with a local bookkeeper, going remote might feel like a big shift. I get it. Remote bookkeeping is just as efficient as if we were across the street from each other — and you still get the same real communication with someone who knows your business.
Step 1: Getting Set Up
We'll set up secure access to your QuickBooks Online, connect your bank and credit card feeds, and create a shared folder for receipts and statements. Most clients are fully onboarded within a week.
Step 2: The Work
Each month, I categorize transactions, reconcile the accounts, and catch issues before they become problems. You'll hear from me when I need something — otherwise, trust the work is happening. Communication is easy: email, phone, text, or video call, whatever works best for you.
Step 3:
Your Monthly Reports Clean financial reports delivered to your inbox every month. If you have an accountant or tax preparer, I'll work with them directly so everything stays tax-ready year-round.
